Tantra refers to “weaving” or “composing” and involves the usage of texts, rituals, yoga, mantras, and visualizations for achieving spiritual growth and power. Growing up in the Himalayas between Hindu and Buddhist cultures, I encountered tantra as an ethereal religious discipline practiced by monks and holy men ‘pandits’ at the temple. Tantra is deeply embedded in Nepalese traditions, influencing our culture, art, and histories. It is not simply one set of values or understandings – it is a synthesis of various perspectives, all aiming to free the repressed potential of humanity.
My objective is to articulate and disseminate these tantras. They are intended to help you access your spiritual side and foster self-love. Please note that these approaches are not the traditional on-point methods used by monks and pandits but rather an adapted version mixed with some modern tactics that I personally found helpful.

Why? Because for a long time, I was in search of God. I looked for him often. As a child, each weekend brought forth Pujas in our house. Pandits would arrive, ready to honor the gods with worship and reverence. I was taught that these rituals provided us with the strength to tackle challenging times, so I ventured into temples and stupas in pursuit of an understanding of life and its mysteries. Although I could understand the power of devotion, I felt sure that something greater existed – I wanted to uncover the source of this power. The world outside controlled me to my core and made me anxious every day to live my life. So, just like how Buddha left his home looking for happiness, peace and meaning of life, I also left my home, but not by choice.
Tantra is often considered sexual, but it stands for so much more. To me, it is a sacred realm of the mind – a place to escape the mundane realities of everyday life, like 9-5, situationships, and challenges. It is a fantasy land built on the bricks of patience and care. It is a manifestation routine first researched, then performed, and hence shared. This is our gateway to bring our imaginations to life. We just let it unfold as it comes.
