    Root Chakra: Survival, Security, Stability, and Connection to the Earth (Mantra: Lam)

    If this Chakra is balanced, you are healthy, stable and active.

    If this Chakra is imbalanced, you will feel insecure, fear, negative thoughts.

    Activities to balance this chakra – Exercise regularly, ground yourself to earth, walk barefoot on soil, chant lam while breathing, do positive affirmation to keep this chakra running smoothly.

    If this chakra is balanced, you visualize, feel and manifest your desires.

    If this chakra is imbalanced, it’s easier to get into substance abuse like doing drugs or being over sexual.

    Activities to balance this chakra: Tapping into your creative side through journaling, dance, art, or whatever your preferred expression; Spending time near water, such as oceans, rivers, or lakes; chant vam while breathing Practicing meditation, yoga, and affirmations.

    Activities to balance this Chakra: Stand in front of the sun in the morning 10 minutes after the sun rise, Kapalvati – 300 strokes (men) & 200 strokes (women), light candles.
